Spanish at Maria's offers 60 minutes face-to-face lessons in Surrey and 30 minutes online lessons via Zoom at any location. We also do 60 minutes group lessons for adults, a natural and easy way to learn Spanish while having fun!. You can choose the plan that best suits your needs among the following:

What differentiates Spanish at Maria's?

Spanish at Maria's offers one-to-one lessons and group lessons. Individual lessons are personalised and based on the student's preferences and needs. These lessons are ideal for students who need their own space to work and progress in their study of the language for example GCSE, A levels or DELE. Group lessons for adults are based on a method developed by me in which language learning is done in a natural way. Students learn in a relaxed and enjoyable environment where there is room for bugs, laughter and fun and where the main priority is to progress in the learning.

My method

Right,...I'm going, to be honest. You will not learn Spanish in a month and if you really want to hear the truth you will not be fluent in a year. I'm sorry to tell you this but it's the truth and anyone who tells you otherwise is hiding the truth from you. It is vital that you work hard and participate fully in the lessons. Also to understand and recognize that making mistakes is a normal part of the language learning process. In Spanish at Maria's: Y ou’ll learn grammar and vocabulary in a relevant context that’s tailored to your language goals, interests and special needs. No need to purchase any textbook since I never follow a single one. We will role-play real-life scenarios that will build your speaking confidence. A relaxed one-to-one environment will help you to develop your confidence.
